Publisher sued over unauthorized books of Arashi, KAT-TUN [30/9/09]:

Tokyo-based publisher R's Shuppan is being sued over sales of unauthorized books featuring the members of idol groups Arashi and KAT-TUN. The first hearing was held in court on Tuesday.

R's Shuppan is accused of publishing twelve books between 2005 and 2008, using the names and photos of the groups' members for commercial purpose without permission. The plaintiffs are reportedly seeking more than 170 million yen in damages.

The publisher requested to have the lawsuit dismissed, claiming that the books simply traced the history of the groups and did not count as a violation of their right to publicity. However, the plaintiffs argued that the violation is clear, pointing out that the majority of the books' pages contain unauthorized images.

'An An' #1677 Sept scans (Jin)!

A special treat for all you Jin fans out there!

Ok, I'm sure many of you have probably seen these recent magazine scans of him in popular An An mag Sept 2009 issue #1677, they've been spreading around on the internet like wildfire! Many people have scanned their own versions and uploaded them up. But I figured since I have the mag too, I'll make my own scans of them and share them with everyone here!

Right, so many fans know that over the years, Jin has had the reputation of being 'the sexiest in KAT-TUN' and these scans really justifies his hotness! Although I have to admit, Jin is actually my least favorite member in KT, but I have always acknowledged how damn hot he is!But is he the "sexiest" in KT? Well...for me personally, I already have a particular KT member in my heart who currently holds this title ( and it's not Jin)!
Anyway, this particular issue of 'An An' is only 1 among the big pile of recent mags my parents brought back for me from Japan, and I'm so glad my dad got me this edition too!

But I have to warn you guys that these photos Jin took with a female model are very explicit! They're both completely naked in some shots! Definitely not for minors & kiddies! You might also need a box of tissues ready, just in case you can't control that little fangirl inside you!
By the way, in one of the scans, you can actually see Jin's bare butt at an angle!

CDTV poll: Artist you want to see live

CDTV's results for their recent poll asking fans to vote for the artist they want to see live, KAT-TUN was voted #4! Omedatou! Although they were behind big senpai Arashi, Ayumi and DBSK, but #4 is still fantastic! They're the only other JE group to have ranked top 10 apart from Arashi, it still shows KT's continuing prominence!But KT will always be #1 in my heart!
